sometimes we need to find reason to smile.
physically smile and laugh is a hard things forever.
after the fake smile, you will find out that, you will be more suffer and sad.

actuaclly, smile is an easy things.
think of the nice and great memories you have with the one you love such as family, friends and of course your partner.
