Have you eaten your breakfast?

Good morning people! I have decided to write a blog post about breakfast before my exam starts! Do you know that breakfast is an important meal of a day to start up your joyful day? People always say : if you didn't eat breakfast, you will feel tired for the rest of your day, you will get fat and etc. I do think that breakfast is important for me and I LOVE BREAKFAST! :) Do check out the Benefits of breakfast if you still think that : "nah, breakfast is not important for me, I would rather sleep and have brunch (breakfast+lunch) later, i could save a meal summore." THIS IS A WRONG THINKING. Perhaps, you should not do that everyday! :)

After the hectic week of assignment and finally I decided to give myself a long lost good+nice breakfast on Sunday morning. TEEHEE! Woke up at 7.30am, brush teeth, called someone to wake him up purposely, and yah, time to prepare my breakfast!

Ingredient that I needed (depends on what you like) :
-egg
-mushroom
-cherry tomatoes and lettuce
-pancake flour
-sausage
-green pepper

Wash all the ingredients that need to be wash such as tomatoes, lettuce, mushroom and green pepper. Cut the mushroom into small pieces and cut the green pepper into ring form.

Then prepare the pancake flour by adding water. You can substitute water with milk and add an egg. I do not add egg and I just used normal drinking water :)

Then you can start cooking your breakfast! :) The purpose of cutting the green pepper into ring form is because i want to cook the egg in the middle! ahaha. I saw some post on FB showing that and I decided to try but I change the way of cooking the egg. Instead of putting the whole egg in one green pepper ring, i mixed up the egg and put it into two :)

The sausage you can just steam it for 10 minutes because it was already cooked :) The mushroom you can just fry it with some olive oil (healthy and taste nice) for a few minutes and it's DONE! Remove the water that you used to wash tomatoes and lettuce. Serve everything that is cooked on a plate and it will look like this :

This big breakfast just took me 30-40 minutes to prepare and it really taste good and make myself happy to start up a day! :) How would you like your breakfast to be? Start your day with the breakfast you like and ya, you will be a happy and healthy person! :)
